Mileage: $0.35/mile
Start Date: ASAP
Position Details (PTA):
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Full-time, Monday Friday (no weekends)
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week (excluding first and last weeks)
Clinician is expected to report to the office when not fully scheduled to maintain hours - EMR: Netsmart
- Coverage: Pueblo, Pueblo West, Florence, and Canon City
