Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2307.00 - $2377.00
Travel PT Home Health jobs in Coos Bay, OR are available for immediate start with 13-week assignments. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, for 40 hours per week. Required skills include a current Oregon PT license, home health experience preferred, and new graduates are welcome. Your primary duties will be evaluations and discharges, with 4 to 6 patient visits per day and mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing therapy in the home, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will help patients regain mobility and independence while documenting progress and outcomes
