Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,323 per week in Rancho Cordova, CA

Description: Position involves providing physical therapy services in homes, assisted living facilities, senior apartments, and board and care homes. The therapist will manage 3 to 5 patients per day depending on the visit type. Two Start of Care visits are expected daily among evaluations. Use of a charting system is necessary for documentation purposes. Diagnoses treated include orthopedic, cardiovascular, pulmonary, oncology, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Supervision of up to 2 PTA/COTAs is required. Flexibility is needed to work in different territories. No specific skills are absolutely required, but adaptability to varied home environments is essential. Dress code is business professional with closed-toe shoes. Weekend and holiday work may be required. A robust orientation process is included.
