Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,317 to $2,517 per week in Clearlake, CA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration
• Current BLS course completion

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient PT position with minimal acute inpatient coverage from time to time
