Job Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence in a clinical or post-acute setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and recovery
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs
Requirements - Active Physical Therapist license (state specific)
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Experience in acute, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred

Compensation Pay Rate: $58.80 $68.60 per hour
