Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,345 per week in Orange, CA

This facility is certified for stroke rehabilitation and has a heavy orthopedic caseload. No wound care is required for this position. Requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. The average daily caseload is about 10 patients. Weekend requirements include a minimum of 2 weekends per month. Candidates should be open to accommodating block scheduling at the manager's discretion. The facility guarantees hours but may call off once per two-week pay period. The patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. The daily census in the physical therapy department is approximately 110. Candidates are expected to float between facilities within the state. A valid state license must be in hand prior to start. References covering one year of experience within the last three years are required. LA fire card within the last 30 days is a requirement. Candidates must commit to working three of the five holidays. Clinical support from interdisciplinary teams is available. The facility emphasizes patient education and rehabilitation outcomes. Additional experience in LTAC, trauma levels I and II is preferred.
