Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,350 per week in Cottonwood, AZ

The position requires a commitment to work four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Wednesday, from 08:00 to 18:30. The average daily census is around 11 patients. Candidates with one year of experience are preferred, but first-timers are also accepted. A weekend workday is required. The department operates seven days a week. A generalist with confidence in managing moderate to maximum assist patients is preferred. Candidates should have the ability to co-treat, work with ventilated patients, and manage additional evaluations throughout the day. Experience in patient transport to and from treatment is preferred. We welcome candidates who are open to floating to surrounding clinics if needed. This facility is a short-term acute care hospital. Candidates will adhere to quality and patient safety standards. The facility has a total of 87 staffed beds and utilizes Cerner for charting. Candidates must possess skills in various areas including assessment, breathing techniques, gait training, and wound care. Experience with assistive devices and knowledge of common medical conditions such as COPD, CHF, and post-op rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
