Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,359 to $2,559 per week in Norwalk, CT

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CT PT License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Shift hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday
• Setting includes outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Experience treating orthopedic and potential neurological patients is required
• No on-call duties
• No floating
