Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience. Weekend work is required; candidates must be available to work either every Saturday or every Sunday. Holidays will be part of the permanent staff rotation, typically involving one major and one minor holiday. Required scrub color is a polo, which will be provided, paired with khakis or black pants. Positions involve both outpatient and inpatient services, depending on needs. Inpatient therapists may cover general inpatient, rehab, or sub-acute areas. Outpatient roles may include working at a free-standing outpatient clinic that focuses on orthopedic and sports medicine. Another outpatient clinic is also available, featuring a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases. The outpatient clinic offers a lymphedema program. Common diagnoses include spinal cord injuries, strokes, brain injuries, and various orthopedic issues for rehab services. General inpatient coverage includes orthopedic, medical, surgical, bariatric, ICU, and cardiac patients. Sub-acute patients may include long-term vented patients. Candidates should be prepared to work in multiple settings and adapt to various patient needs.
