Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services within an inpatient Rehab unit serving PT, OT, and Speech patients across a 7-day-a-week coverage model
Treat a diverse patient population including cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neurological, and med-surg cases at a stroke-certified facility
Collaborate with PT aides, a PT team leader, and an interdisciplinary team including 24/7 hospitalist, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy coverage
Participate in weekend rotation (expected every third weekend, with the possibility of every other weekend)
Participate in holiday rotation shared across all modalities
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating neurological, cardiac, or orthopedic patient populations in an acute care setting
Familiarity with stroke-certified facility protocols
