Certifications / Licence:
- Complete all Medicare compliance trainings as required by regulations and policies.
- Complete Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training on a yearly basis and adhere to standards set forth in OSHA standards and other governmental regulations.
- Completes sufficient ongoing continuing education coursework to meet state licensure requirements for the defined reporting period.
- Current CPR certification that meets state licensure requirements.
Mandatory Experience:
- Pediatric Physical Therapist
- Shift: Days 7a - 7p
- Required: Pediatric experience required
- The schedule for this position is currently set at 4 – 10’s. But is flexible based on desires of the caregiver/traveler. Wwould not be able to support 3 -12’s as our front office support would not be available for that late of outpatient operations. The shift times would be 7am to 5:30 pm if a 4- 10 hour day is arranged. If 5 – eight hour shift are more desired the shift times would likely be 8-4:30
- Specifics: Outpatient PT for Pediatrics and Neuro population. This position completes both evaluation and treatment as well as supervision of support staff (PTA.) This position works closely with the multidisciplinary team including co-treatment if indicated.
