Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,426 per week in Griffin, GA

Periodic office meetings are required. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 points. There are no guaranteed hours; in situations of low patient census, the contractor may discuss floating to a nearby clinic. The types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. The contractor must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Travelers will be compensated from patient home to patient home. The commute to the first and last patient is not billable. Local travelers are accepted at the same rate. Pending licenses are not accepted; a license must be in hand unless it takes a few days to obtain. On-call duties may vary per job/location and should be discussed during the interview. Candidates understanding that they will be responsible for driving to patients’ homes daily and to the clinic for meetings is essential. Candidates must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of distance. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. Candidates are expected to meet weekly productivity points of 30, equating to 40 hours per week. The contractor may have the opportunity to float to another nearby clinic if they require more patient assignments.
