We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.

This role involves working with patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, or other physical limitations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, recovery plans, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving functional outcomes and independence
Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
  • Required: Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
  • Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
