Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,448 per week in Bedford, NH

Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience License: Must have a valid license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Must have reliable transportation. Must have a current driver's license. Must have agency-required liability insurance. Description: This position involves home visits and periodic office meetings. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. These assignments equate to roughly 6-8 points per day. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) holds a different point value. Contractors must be willing to travel up to 75 miles for patient visits. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Travelers will be compensated for the distance between patient homes. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Must be open to weekend availability depending on location and profession. Candidates must understand that all documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation impacting billing and follow-up care may result in a cancellation. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Candidates must meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points, corresponding to approximately 40 hours per week. If patient census is low, the contractor should discuss options to float to a nearby location to pick up hours. First-timers are not accepted; recent Home Health experience is required. Travelers must be proficient in specific EMR systems used within the last six months. The role is home health focused, and candidates should be comfortable accepting patients regardless of their distance from previous appointments.
