Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,452 to $2,652 per week in Zanesville, OH

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical and neurological diagnoses
• Experience with EPIC EMR

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Varied start times based on caseload
• 40 hours per week
• Floating between multiple outpatient locations is required
• No option for 4 days per week
