Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,453 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience in home health or facility preferred License: Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Licensure Certifications: Current CPR certification Must-Have: Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program approved by the APTA Description: Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program approved by the APTA. Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience in home health or facility preferred. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Licensure. Current CPR certification is required. Additional requirements include supervisory references and experience with specific charting systems preferred. Candidates must be supportive of interdisciplinary care. Expect to work some holidays. Must keep requests for time off to a minimum. Travel experience is necessary. All modules must be completed within 30 days of the start.
