Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,466 per week in Enid, OK

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 1 Year of inpatient rehab or acute experience required License: PT License Required Certifications: BLS Required, First Aid certification preferred, Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire Must-Have: - Physical Therapy Experience: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience - Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Every other weekend availability (most likely one weekend a month) - Must be available to work one holiday if needed Description: As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral. Develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments.
