Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 8/20/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2471.00 - $2546.00

As a Travel Physical Therapist in Bakersfield, CA, you will evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting while working in conjunction with a team of therapists. You will communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams and report patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons. Bakersfield, CA offers a variety of attractions and activities. The Park at River Walk is ideal for picnics and fishing and Kern River Parkway Trail is popular for hiking and biking. You can explore Wind Wolves Preserve for hiking and wildlife programs. The California Living Museum features native animals and a rehabilitation center. 1+ Year of Outpatient Ortho experience
1+ Year of experience Manual Therapy Techniques
BS or higher in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications
2+ Years of PT experience
2+ Years of experience treating sprains/strains/fractures
Experience treating 14-16 patients/day
