Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,478 per week in Salem, OR

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Acute Care Client Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Experience in Acute Care is preferred. Minimum years of experience required is not specified. License: Must hold a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or be license eligible. Certifications: Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association. Must-Have: Electronic EMR experience is required, Epic preferred. Specialty-relevant certification must be provided at time of submission. Description: The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation. Development and follow-through of treatment plans is essential to support the mission. Weekend shifts will be included in a 4-week rotation with at least three weekend shifts. Additional holiday shifts may be required based on timing.
