Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,481 per week in Charleston, WV

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT (Physical Therapist) Specialty: Skilled Nursing Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Licensed Physical Therapist or temporary license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience in Skilled Nursing Unit and possible acute care Description: The position involves working primarily in a Skilled Nursing Unit. The role may also require providing care in an acute care setting. The unit consists of 19 beds with various patients being treated daily. Common patient diagnoses include those requiring acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and skilled outpatient therapy. Must be comfortable covering all floors of the facility as needed. The position reports to a Physical Therapy Manager or Supervisor. Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides support the team. Weekend work is required, but there are no holiday requirements. Proper dress code includes wearing royal blue scrubs. Department-specific orientation will be provided. Charting is done using MEDITECH.
