Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,486 per week in Mesa, AZ

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months. License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days. Certifications: Active BLS certification from an approved vendor. Active PALS certification from an approved vendor. Must-Have: - Acute care experience. - No hits on state license to practice. - Driver's license to verify residency. Description: Pewter scrubs are required. Candidates must have acute care experience; Level I trauma experience is preferred. The schedule includes every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with a holiday rotation. The start time may vary, and all department guidelines must be followed. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will help secure an offer quickly. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days. Requests for time off cannot be made during the first week of assignment.
