Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Farmington, CT offer a 13-week contract with five eight-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You must have at least two years of experience, be certified, hold a current BLS certification, and have experience in an acute care setting. A Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required. Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, using therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the healthcare team1.
