Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,506 per week in Spartanburg, SC

Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Must have previous PT Home Health experience License: Must obtain state license prior to starting Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - PT Home Health experience - Attendance policy compliance Description: The position involves providing physical therapy in a home health setting. The work schedule consists of 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The daily work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel between patient homes. All requested time off must be submitted initially and late requests will not be considered. Compliance with attendance policies is essential. Any absence beyond two shifts without a reasonable explanation may lead to contract review. The role requires flexibility to meet the facility's needs. Candidates may be considered with a pending state license. Recent experience with electronic medical record systems is preferred but not required. A Pass/Fail test will be conducted at orientation. This includes a cardiac dysrhythmia test applicable to all units. The ability to meet compliance document deadlines is necessary.
