Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,512 per week in Petaluma, CA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Acute Care Client Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings for the adult population Good time management skills Ability to work independently Description: Float between inpatient and outpatient settings. Work primarily in an acute care environment with mostly medical-surgical referrals. Provide physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Assist patients with mobility and strength improvement. Utilize various physical therapy techniques and adaptive devices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the required charting system. Adapt to various patient diagnoses and treatment needs. Be prepared to float to other nearby facilities if needed. Participation in holiday coverage is required. No wound care experience is necessary for this position. This role will involve working independently in acute care settings during weekend shifts.
