Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,519 per week in Lakewood, WA

Candidates are allowed to work on a Compact License. If a candidate has worked in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year, they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with previous work history in a travel capacity or permanent/PRN role more than a year prior may need to be checked for rehire eligibility. There is a completion bonus for new contractors who fulfill their commitment. Equipment will be provided during the interview. The position is normal urgency and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. Dress code information will be provided on the first day.
