Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,526 per week in Yukon, OK

Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. License: Current and valid state license required. Certifications: Required certifications include Basic Life Support. Must-Have: Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is required. Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist needed to treat adult patients with various orthopedic conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse range of orthopedic diagnoses. The position requires the ability to assess and develop treatment plans for patients. Candidates should be experienced in utilizing adaptive devices and assistive devices. Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, such as cryotherapy and electrical stimulation, is essential. Experience with rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries and post-operative care is required. The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Patients will primarily include those recovering from joint replacements, chronic pain, and other orthopedic surgeries. Daily patient load is expected to be around 10 visits. Strong communication and patient education skills are important for this role. Experience in identifying patient barriers and providing home exercise programs is preferred.
