Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,528 per week in Napa, CA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient PT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. Must-Have: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will also be considered. Description: Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Average patients per day: 10-12 patients scheduled, typically 8-11 seen. Commonly have 1-3 evaluations, with follow-ups making up the remainder of the appointments. Appointments have a duration of 30 and 45 minutes. The primary focus is on outpatient care with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation. There is additional exposure to geriatric and neurological populations. Opportunity for a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Daily census typically reaches around 12 patients. The position includes collaborating with interdisciplinary support. Will involve assessment, treatment planning, patient family education, and follow-ups. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.
