Pay Rate: $2604.00 - $2683.00
Travel PT Home Health jobs in Campbell, CA covering Santa Clara County are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with on-call required and an expected 40 hours per week.
You must have a current CA license. Home health experience is preferred, but strong outpatient or skilled nursing experience is accepted. New grads are not eligible. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient status, developing care plans, providing physical therapy treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation
