Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,614 per week in Pittsfield, MA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2+ years in acute nursing care and home care License: Massachusetts Physical Therapist License Certifications: AHA BLS Certification Must-Have: Home Health Certification, proficiency with OASIS, own vehicle Description: The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care. This includes collaboration with team members and participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care. Rehabilitation equipment includes splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment modalities. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
