Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,616 per week in Pittsfield, MA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2+ years in acute nursing care and home care License: Massachusetts Physical Therapist License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Home Health Certification, experience with OASIS Description: The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care. This includes collaboration with other team members. Participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care is essential. Rehabilitation equipment may include splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment. Candidates must be Home Health Certified. Experience with acute care is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Mileage reimbursement is available only to and from the office and/or drop/satellite office. Candidates must have their own vehicle. All requests for time off must be included in the profile. This role requires the ability to pass a fit test using an N95 mask. PAPRs are not available for use in home health settings.
