Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,635 to $2,835 per week in Columbia, SC

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current license for state where practicing

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Pattern: 5x8
• Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries
• Works in conjunction with a team of therapists
• Communicates treatment plans and evaluations to medical teams
• Reports patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons
