Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,641 per week in Norwalk, CT

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience License: CT PT License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Ability to perform physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation. - Ability to treat orthopedic and potential neurological patients. - Ability to provide patient and family education and training. - Ability to complete documentation timely and based on department guidelines. - Ability to initiate discharge planning. Description: Provide outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Treat orthopedic and neurological patients, including special populations such as oncology, lymphedema, amputee, spinal cord injury, stroke, total joint replacement, and both orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Complete documentation according to department guidelines. Initiate discharge planning. Other duties as assigned. Preferred: Experience in vestibular therapy. No on-call or floating requirements.
