Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,648 per week in Nashua, NH

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year required License: NH State license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: First-time travelers accepted Description: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Travelers located within 50 miles will receive a rate decrease. Shifts are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No call requirement. May need to cover shifts at a different location. Weekend requirement consists of Fridays only. Experience with the Epic system is preferred. Travelers will not be considered if they have previously worked for this facility. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Flu vaccination is also required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Background checks need to be approved prior to offer. A drug screen is required within 14 days of start. All travelers must have a valid NH state license.
