Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Provide physical therapy services in an adult rehabilitation center and outpatient rehab therapy settings
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Must have a valid VA license
• Minimum two years of experience in adult rehab and outpatient rehab therapy
• At least two years of travel experience
• Compliance with credentialing requirements including timely submission of documents and references
• Flu shot is mandatory
