Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,737 per week in Kennewick, WA

Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent Home Health experience Description: Home visits will be required for patient care. Periodic office meetings will also take place. Reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance are mandatory. The average number of patients per day ranges from 5 to 10, equating to approximately 6-8 points per day. Contractors will be assigned a patient load that correlates to a productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Up visits. Weekend requirements may vary depending on location and profession and should be discussed during the interview. Traveling will involve coverage within a territory of up to 75 miles from the home base. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Candidates must be proficient in home health documentation and relevant EMR systems. Traveling may result in longer drives between patients, and candidates should be comfortable with this. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours following patient visits. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract, and candidates are expected to meet productivity points. Accepting every scheduled patient is required, regardless of distance. Delays or incomplete documentation may impact billing and follow-up care. If not receiving sufficient patients, contractors have the opportunity to float to nearby locations to maintain hours.
