Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,749 per week in Anchorage, AK

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State Physical Therapy License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Certification in Basic Life Support - Outpatient experience - No on-call requirement - Weekend availability (some Saturdays) - Ability to float within assigned duties Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist position available for a 13-week assignment. Start in mid to late October. Work a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Skills required include experience with various rehabilitation techniques and patient education. Familiarity with a variety of diagnoses and treatment plans in outpatient settings is essential. Daily patient interactions are expected, with a manageable number of visits per day. This position will require some weekend shifts. Time-off requests will be evaluated individually upon offer. The facility is a Magnet and Level II Trauma designation. Current state license must be held at the time of submission. Candidates must not have residency within 50 miles of the facility. References will be needed covering relevant experience. Travelers may float between nearby facilities as needed.
