Pay: $2,888.00 weekly
Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM M/W/F and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM T/T
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Norwalk, CT. This role specializes in outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation. A successful candidate will be adept at treating orthopedic and potential neurological patients, having experience working in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Perform physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation
- Provide patient & family education and training
- Deliver care to special populations including: Oncology, Lymphedema, Amputee, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Total Joint Replacement, Orthopedic, and Neurologic
- Complete documentation timely and based on department guidelines
- Initiate discharge planning
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- CT PT License
- BLS
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
- Preferred: Vestibular therapy experience
