Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,926 per week in Rockville, MD

Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Pediatrics Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 18:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience required. License: Valid state license required at time of assignment. Must apply for state license as soon as possible if not already obtained. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Pediatric experience is required. Description: The Pediatric Physical Therapist will work in an outpatient setting. The expected daily caseload is approximately 6 to 7 patients. The preferred schedule is Monday through Thursday, but the therapist should be open to a 5-day workweek if necessary. The facility utilizes a multidisciplinary rehab team model. Equipment available includes parallel bars, LiteGait, and FES. Documentation is performed using a designated charting system. The therapist is expected to bill for 25 hours of patient care each week. The position requires adherence to productivity expectations. It is a non-smoking facility with zero tolerance for smoking. Compliance and documentation must be completed prior to the start of the assignment. All submittals will be reviewed by the clinical team to ensure compliance with facility policies.
