Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,946 per week in Yuma, AZ

Periodic office meetings will take place as scheduled. The contractor must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Compensation will apply from patient home to patient home. Commute to and from the first and last patient will not be billable. The average number of patients seen per day will range from 5 to 10. Points will be assigned based on the type of visit and activities such as documentation and travel. The expectation is to achieve around 30 points per week, translating to approximately 35 visits weekly. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation that impacts billing and follow-up care may result in a cancellation. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. The clinician must accept every patient on their schedule, regardless of travel distance. Declining patients may lead to a cancellation of the contract. Weekly productivity points of 30 must be met, equating to 40 hours of work per week. If patient census is low, the clinician may have the opportunity to float to nearby clinics to pick up additional hours. The work will involve daily travel to patient homes and attendance at the clinic for weekly meetings.
