Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,970 per week in Manchester, NH

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Allied Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: NH Physical Therapy License required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Acute Care experience - Vestibular experience preferred but not required Description: Shift times range from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and go until 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. NH Physical Therapy License must be in hand prior to employment. The unit consists of 330 beds with a patient ratio of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day. The unit staff includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and a Therapy Director. Basic rehabilitation equipment is available, including portable parallel bars, portable stairs, and ceiling lifts. Documentation is managed using a specific electronic health record system. Scheduling requires one weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours. Employees may float to all inpatient units and the emergency department. The unit caters to higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients. The dress code consists of scrubs, with no specific color required. The team is dedicated and collaborative, with a variety of experience in multiple settings. Staff will have opportunities to work with a wide range of patients and diagnoses. Daily patient assignments are aimed at keeping each therapist on only one to two floors. Shift start times are flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with openness to later start times. Weekend shifts are self-selected.
