Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid Physical Therapy License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Valid driver's license - Auto insurance - Experience with EPIC Description: Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing solutions.
