Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $3,059 per week in Oakland, CA

Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants is mandatory. Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits is required. Clinical notes and other documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of the visit. Maintaining timely communication with supervisors and office staff is essential. The position requires general responsiveness during normal business hours. Territory coverage may expand as needed. The role consists of a 40-hour work week, scheduled from Saturday to Wednesday. Training includes 3 full days, one in-house and two in the field. The documentation system used is Kinnser. Equipment issued includes an iPad and Verizon One Talk. Mileage reimbursement is available. There is an option for a company car with a decreased bill rate. Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor. Productivity requirement is set at 30 points per week, with a point to hourly conversion of 1 point equals 1.33 hours. Visit types and associated points include Start of Care (2 points), Recertification, Resumption of Care, OASIS Discharge, Evaluation (1.5 points), and Revisit, NON OASIS Discharge (1 point).
