Description:
Outpatient physical therapy.
Conduct 40-minute evaluations.
Responsible for 19 evaluations per week.
Patients are seen one at a time.
The schedule is four days per week with Wednesday off.
Shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM each day.
