Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $3,199 per week in Oakland, CA

Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants is required. Mandatory next day reporting of start of care visits is expected. Clinical notes and other documentation are due within 48 hours of the visit. Timely communication with the supervisor, intake, and office is essential. Being generally responsive during normal business hours is important. The territory covers the greater area. The schedule requires 40 hours per week. Three full days of training will be provided, including one in-house and two in the field. The documentation system used is Kinnser. Equipment issued includes an iPad and a communication device. Mileage reimbursement is provided from the first to last patient. There is an option for a company car with a decreased bill rate. Productivity requirements are set at 30 points per week. The caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor. Different visit types have varying point values assigned. Holiday coverage is not required.
