Job Description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and appropriate safety measures.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
