Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates not eligible for this role)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills in a clinical environment
