Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients within the Anchorage municipality territory
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT interventions in the home health setting
- Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with home health standards
- Meet a productivity expectation of 30 points per 40-hour work week
- No on-call or weekend requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience
- Minimum 1 year of OASIS experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR system
- Familiarity with home health productivity and point-based documentation systems
