Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in a relevant clinical setting required
• Must meet credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Ability to work a consistent daytime schedule of 5x8-hour shifts per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract or travel therapy assignments
