Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state licensure required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation populations
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a high-volume clinic environment
