Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Washington State or valid Compact License accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill contract QA credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Commitment to a 13- to 26-week contract engagement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient physical therapy settings
